What other considerations might go into choosing a paint company?

Do we even have to say this….?

  • Make sure you use a BONDED, INSURED, contractor who is LICENSED by the state in which he is conducting business.  Believe it or not, he has passed standards tests.
  • As much as you feel for your neighbor’s nephew, a college student who’s painting for the summer break to try and earn a few dollars, don’t take the risk!  If he likes that kind of work, then he should go apprentice under a licensed contractor.

What is his experience level?

  • Ask the painting contractor you are interviewing how many years EXPERIENCE he has in the painting business.
  • Your should seek someone who has been licensed 10 years or more locally.  Why?  The harsh elements in the Valley of the Sun are excellent teachers as to what techniques and products work best in the long run.  Only seasoned, caring, professionals really know this.
  • Your painter should know, without hesitation, what primers to use, what grade of caulking will work best for your substrate, and at what mil to apply the paint for a proper thickness and extended durability.

Pro-Master Painting knows all of these things and then some.  Don't hesitate to call us for a complimentary estimate of your property's needs.

I thought it was an interesting motto "When you want it done right...". I heard from a friend that the owner, Karr, was a master painter but wasn't prepared for what that truly meant.

I have painted numerous houses myself, and consider myself a neat painter. But then I saw the Pro Master in action and the finished product. I was amazed.

He free-hand cuts incredible straight lines. I have oak flooring that was added after the previous painting, with quarter round moulding. I 'crawled' my complete floor looking for any smudge or paint on the oak. It was literally perfect. I brought in 6 different people, and only one found a tiny speck on the oak. Now that's flat impressive!
